用途及特點(diǎn)
JZR型拉幅定型機(jī)采用交流變頻技術(shù)，PLC控制變頻器同步調(diào)速，實(shí)現(xiàn)各主動(dòng)單元精確同步和主要工藝參數(shù)在線監(jiān)測(cè)和監(jiān)控，使其機(jī)電一體化和智能化。
該機(jī)適用于克重50-500g/㎡的滌綸長(zhǎng)絲、滌綸低彈絲，純棉或其他混紡機(jī)織物的拉幅與定熱型，也適用于克重1000-2000g/㎡以上人造毛皮拉幅與熱定型。
Purpose and Features
The Ac frequency conversion technology is used for JZR type stentering setting machine,with speed regulating synchronously of PLC controlled converter, which realizes the accurate synchronization of each active unit and the on-line monitoring and control of the main process parameters,and makes electromechanical integration and intelligentizing.
This machine is applicable for the stentering and heat setting of 50-500g/m2 polyester drawn textured yarm,cotton or other blending machine plant textile,and also applicable for the artificial fur stentering and heat setting of gram weight more than 1000-2000g/m2.
